1) Acceptance
By using Chorely, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2) Eligibility and Account
- You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement.
- Anonymous and provider sign-in (Google/Apple) are supported.
- You are responsible for activity under your account/session.
3) Subscriptions and Billing
- Premium features require active entitlement.
- Billing is handled by Apple App Store / StoreKit.
- Entitlement state is managed via RevenueCat.
- Restore Purchases may re-sync valid entitlements.
If in-app refund flow is unavailable, refund requests must be made through Apple's official process.
4) Acceptable Use
- No abuse, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or fraud.
- No bypassing paywall/subscription controls.
- No unlawful or infringing use of the app.
5) Third-Party Services
The app uses Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple billing systems, Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple, and may embed YouTube/TikTok content and open Amazon/eBay/Walmart links.
6) External Content and Links
Third-party services are governed by their own policies and terms. We do not control third-party pricing, availability, or policy decisions.
7) IP, Disclaimers, and Liability
App software and branding are owned by or licensed to Chorely. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
